About EVEXIA Systems
Clarity Through Complexity
EVEXIA Systems is a research-stage company focused on understanding the gap between the event an organization produces and the full experience an attendee must navigate before, during, and after it.
Our Mission
Events are complex. Producing one requires coordinating venues, schedules, transportation, vendors, communications, safety, sponsors, and more. Organizations invest significant time and resources to get those details right.
Yet from the attendee's perspective, the full experience often does not arrive in one clear place. Information may be scattered across emails, websites, ticketing platforms, third-party apps, printed materials, and word of mouth.
The result is friction. Attendees may arrive underprepared, miss important details, or judge the event through confusion that could have been reduced before they arrived.
EVEXIA Systems is focused on understanding this gap and developing tools that help organizations create clearer, easier, and more valuable eventgoer experiences.
Our Approach
EVEXIA Systems is building before we build. Before developing any product, we are conducting structured research with the organizations closest to the eventgoer experience — event producers, venues, sports organizations, universities, tourism partners, sponsors, and local service providers.
Our Phase 1 research is designed to understand where attendees experience friction, where information becomes scattered, and where tools may genuinely help. We are not starting with assumptions. We are starting with questions.
The insights from Phase 1 will directly shape the development of Iris — our first product concept — and the broader EVEXIA Systems platform.
Research Methodology
Phase 1 research consists of a structured questionnaire distributed to event-related organizations across multiple sectors. Participants are invited through a controlled invitation-code system to ensure responses come from qualified, relevant organizations.
The questionnaire covers six areas: organization profile, the eventgoer experience gap, organizational value, the Iris Card concept, the Signal, and follow-up interest. Responses are used exclusively for EVEXIA Systems' concept development and are not shared with third parties.
Phase 1
Structured questionnaire research with event-related organizations
Phase 2
In-depth interviews and concept validation with selected participants
Phase 3
Pilot program development with early partner organizations
