Introducing Iris

The Iris Card — event information, in one clear place.

What Is Iris?

Iris is the first product concept under development at EVEXIA Systems. The Iris Card is a free-to-the-attendee app experience designed to bring event-related information into one clear place on the attendee's phone.

This may include schedules, maps, parking, transportation, venue details, rules, sponsor content, local options, safety information, and updates — organized and accessible before, during, and after the event.

The goal is not to replace organizers, venues, sponsors, or local partners. The goal is to help connect the information they already provide so attendees can better understand, navigate, and use it.

The Problem Iris Addresses

Attending an event requires navigating a great deal of information that often arrives from many different sources — emails, websites, ticketing platforms, third-party apps, printed materials, and social posts.

This fragmentation creates friction. Attendees may arrive underprepared, miss important details, or spend time searching for answers that should have been easy to find. That friction affects how they experience the event — and how they remember it.

Iris is designed to reduce that friction by giving attendees a single, clear place to find what they need — without requiring organizers to rebuild their existing communications from scratch.

What the Iris Card May Include

The Iris Card is designed to bring together the information attendees need most. Based on our research, this may include:

Event schedule and timing
Parking and transportation
Venue maps and wayfinding
Entry requirements and rules
Sponsor and partner content
Local dining and lodging options
Safety and accessibility information
Weather preparation
Group coordination
Post-event movement and departure
Reminders and updates
Contact and support information

The final feature set will be shaped by Phase 1 research findings.

The Signal

The Signal is the visible mark that tells attendees Iris is available for an event.

When the Signal appears on an event website, ticket, email, poster, sign, sponsor message, or venue communication, it tells the attendee that the event experience has been prepared with clarity in mind.

The Signal is not a guarantee, certification, rating, or warranty. It is a sign that the organization recognizes the full experience matters — not only the main event, but the information, timing, movement, rules, local options, and support that surround it.

EVEXIA Systems is developing the Signal to become a trusted cue for easier, clearer, and more attendee-centered event experiences.

The Signal shows Iris is here.

Current Status

Iris is currently a product concept. EVEXIA Systems is conducting Phase 1 research before building. We are not developing Iris in isolation — we are developing it in response to what we learn from the organizations closest to the eventgoer experience.

Your input in Phase 1 research directly shapes what Iris becomes, what the Iris Card includes, and how the Signal is introduced to the event industry.

Phase 1 research is now open. If your organization works with events in any capacity, we invite you to participate in the questionnaire.

Shape What Iris Becomes

EVEXIA Systems is currently conducting Phase 1 research. Your input helps us understand where the eventgoer experience gap is most significant and where Iris can provide the most value.
